For every open position, we will review and analyze every resume in our “talent bank” and all additional obtained and will qualify them according to your position requirements. Employment Background Investigation and Other Requirements
We will conduct a professional background investigation to the final candidate, which includes experience and previous employers, education, licenses and certifications, FDA debarment list and State/ Federal criminal records verification. Every investigation is conducted by a Licensed Private Investigator, in accordance with PR laws. Each individual written report is forwarded to you for evaluation and further archiving. We are able to modify and personalize the Background Investigation to include any other area that your organization deems important to include.
